My foundation is in psychodynamic therapy, and I also bring in treatment and tools of a variety of other therapies in order to customize treatment to each unique client. I use a holistic approach in session, culturally sensitive treatment, and collaborate on treatment goals with my clients. My therapy style is tailored and individualized for best results.
As a therapist I provide a safe, confidential space to process and explore everything from trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, life decisions, grief, and every day life stressors.
