I come from the belief system that our life experiences create patterns in our life which can develop into anxiety, depression, PTSD, or just feeling stuck. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, Image Transformation Therapy and Trauma Informed Therapy. These different models can help unleash the emotional hold so many of us carry.
I utilize these models to help you develop insight and release the pain and suffering that seems to control your life. We will explore together which therapeutic process works best for you.
