I have experience working with children, individuals, couples, families, and adolescents in therapy, Christian counseling, and pastoral counseling. With children, the focus of my experience have been play therapy and sand tray therapy, focusing on children with emotional and behavioral problems like ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, depression, bipolar, self-mutilation/cutting, and anxiety disorder. I also have experience in working with individuals with depression, mood disorders, and anxiety, particularly with men's issues and addiction. In working with families and couples, I've focused on improving communications, creating better understanding for each other, and improving intimacy.
