We all deserve to feel good about our selves. We all deserve to be listened to. Therapy is a catalyst for change. Patterns are identified; negative thinking patterns and core negative thoughts, that hold you back, are exposed and challenged. The environment is safe and nonjudgemental. It is a collaborative experience. There are new ways of looking at things, and with it a stronger sense of self and personal power.
My focus is on how you see yourself in the world, by identifying negative beliefs, affecting interactions with others. Negative beliefs limit us and hold us back. I am trained to treat childhood and relational trauma, with a gentle approach, as well as facilitating healing for collective trauma.
Social isolation has exacerbated depression and anxiety in many, as well as magnifying couples' issues. In couples work, I act as a coach, using a developmental approach, with a focus on self-awareness, while developing a vision of the relationship you want to create. Structured communication exercise are facilitated understanding and validation of feelings.

Women's Group for Seniors
Now accepting new members to womens group, meetign virtually on Thursday afternoons at 4:30 pm. the group is small , intimate and nurturing and designed for senior women. Goal is mutual support and topics include relationships, issues with chidren, caregiving, health and weight and career concerns. Cost is $25 per session.
