When life gets overwhelming, we all need a little help. You may not feel you have the capacity to cope with what comes at you. Often, my clients have had events in their life that cause them distress, such as trauma, abuse and neglect. I hope to meet you with curiosity and compassion to explore how your past has shaped your current relationships and use compassion and acceptance to gently move to a new path of interacting with the world.
I specialize in trauma informed therapy services that draw from a variety of treatment approaches including EMDR, somatic experiencing, mindfulness and Internal Family Systems. This allows me to find an intervention that suites you. Together, we will identify patterns that no longer serve you and heal those wounds so you can live the life you want.
