Creating successful relationships and lives as an adolescent, adult or couple is one of the central challenges we all face. I am a Gestalt based psychotherapist who works to help clients discover their potential and explore the blocks that may be getting in their way. My work starts with the premise that each of us has within us what we need to live grounded and fulfilling lives. My goal with clients is to help them build awareness to what is occurring in the moment as a springboard for potential change. Through process oriented therapy, I believe we all can get through challenges that emerge in life.
I am currently working with clients in Ohio and California, both online and in person. I approach my work with respect and a genuine appreciation for the unique differences we all bring to human connection. I have extensive Gestalt training in the US and abroad. My work with teens and parents was formed by 14 years of high school teaching.
