People often come to therapy searching for relief from depression, anxiety, grief and difficult relationships. I have extensive experience working with adults, couples and teens.
My education and training provide me with appropriate tools and techniques for treating each client based on his/her individual challenges and needs. Selecting a therapist can be confusing. Who you choose to work with and for how long is up to you, and I always respect that.
