My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel seen, heard and accepted. I believe it is the relationship between client and therapist where so much of the work happens. We can work collaboratively to explore relational patterns, understand the connection between thoughts, emotions and behavior, and get curious about what may be holding you back from a deeper connection to self and others.
I work with adults, couples and adolescents. As an integrative therapist, I incorporate psychodynamic and attachment principals, EMDR, mindfulness, dreamwork, and evidence based tools to help you reach your goals. I am here to support healing, aid in working through self-destructive habits, promote personal growth and ignite creative and passionate energy!
