After working together, clients report improved mood and increased self-worth.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults and couples. My highest priority is to create a safe and trusting relationship with my clients. I believe this is where healing begins. My therapeutic style is eclectic but tailored to the needs of each client. I pull from humanistic therapy, CBT, Gestalt, psychodynamic, systems theory and mindfulness.
I have Level 1 Gottman's Couple Therapy Training. I was also a school psychologist for 9.5 years. I have successfully worked with clients with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, domestic violence, trauma, Autism, ADHD and educational difficulties.
