My specialization has been helping women overcome issues that are common among them. These particular areas include overcoming anxiety, panic attacks, self criticism, perfectionism, setting boundaries, relationship conflicts, co-dependency, grief and life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe and accepting environment that will help women break free from their current struggles to gain a life of healing and hope.
Since completing my undergraduate work at UCLA and graduate studies at Azusa Pacific University, I have worked with women in various settings ranging from individual therapy, groups, seminars and intensives.
Making the step to go to counseling is a move toward taking care of yourself and finding healing. This requires courage, but it is a journey well worth the commitment. I look forward to the opportunity of supporting you and offering hope.
