I am neurodiverse affirming, LQBTQIA affirming, and poly / open relationship affirming. I specialize in using a variety of cognitive, behavioral, and body based techniques. I offer options for both remote and in-person therapy.
My eclectic approach to treatment is influenced by my clinical experience and cutting-edge research. Groups
Neurodivergent Adults
I currently offer two groups for neurodivergent adults who want to connect with other neurodivergent adults. In these groups, participants can share their personal experiences and receive support. Each month, a portion of each meeting covers an area of life / experience affecting neurodivergent adults. One group meets the second Friday of each month and the other meets the last Friday of each month at 7 pm via Zoom.
