Sometimes we just need a little help getting through tough times or difficult situations. We might be experiencing depression, anxiety, stress at work, or conflict in our relationships, for example. In those moments it might feel like you don’t know what to do or where to turn. I work collaboratively with clients from a strength-based, solution-focused orientation. I incorporate cognitive behavioral strategies and mindfulness practices to help clients reach their goals. I am dedicated to helping clients have lives that are meaningful and enjoyable.

I focus on helping people reconnect with their inner resources, community & innate wisdom, and become more aligned with the relationships they desire and the dreams they hope for. I work with people to help separate themselves from beliefs and stories that are causing them to suffer. Together we do this by gaining insight into conditions and ideas that are overpowering them, & preventing them from the life and relationships they would like. My work with couples focuses on the problems that are preventing couples from their preferred relationship & understanding how they get pulled into these habitual ways of relating.

My work specializes in sex-related issues. We all grew up with and have been affected by different narratives of sex. These narratives, as well as positive and negative sexual experiences, have shaped our current outlook and intimacy in relationships. I work with individuals and couples in a collaborative effort to identify, process and heal areas specific to problems with intimacy, sexual trauma and religious guilt. I also work with my client's to provide solutions to sexual issues like low desire, communication or betrayed partners.
