I believe that the work of therapy is to help you (re)discover your areas of greatest joy and to chart a path towards attaining a life of meaning, value, and purpose. To do that, however, requires us to lean into the pain and the sorrows. Rather than becoming distracted by a diagnosis, the aim is to figure out what is no longer working for you, as we can become trapped in patterns of behavior that continue to result in pain and suffering. My goal, then, is to help you become un-stuck, choose your joys, and move freely, fully, and confidently into a life that matters.
