I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life, especially teens and young adults. I have been working in the mental health field for 9 years across a variety of settings including residential treatment centers, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and outpatient therapy offices.

Many of my clients in the past 24 years were both women, men seeking healing from childhood trauma, domestic violence (DV), codependency and mood/emotional disorders. In over 23 years of counseling I have helped all types of clients, with all types of mental health and/or drug and alcohol problems. I have over the years due to the need specialized in treating depression, trauma, and in drug and alcohol treatment. I love working with children and adults, and I am very creative, so I enjoy using play and art in therapy. I am board certified in neurofeedback, and I also provide biofeedback. I incorporate it into treatment when appropriate. I am also trained to do EMDR for treating trauma.
