Currently accepting new clients. All sessions are self-pay with a limited number of pay-what-you-can spots available. - - - I am a mental health therapist and practitioner of traditional medicine who specializes in walking alongside clients through grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD and challenging life transitions. I love working with clients to help them transform patterns that feel stuck because they have been lifelong, systemic, ancestral or historical. I support my clients in their exploration and reconnection with their true selves while teaching practices for creating the change they seek in their lives.
Many of my clients benefit from integration work after spiritual, ceremonial, psychedelic, traumatic or other profound life experiences. If you're seeking a therapist that shares your identity or lived experience, I am a creative cis queer chicana woman of color born and raised in Albuquerque on a spiritual journey learning from curanderas for 16+ years.
Working with people in New Mexico who are Hispanic/Latinx, Native American, Black, Trans/nb, LGBTQ+, ENM/polyamorous, living with pain/disabilities has taught me that my clients are the experts on their lived experience. If you are ready to be accompanied through your process of healing or growth, please contact me for a free consultation to get started.
