I have devoted my career to helping children, adolescents, and adult women. I have extensive training in complex trauma, attachment, women’s issues, play therapy, and parenting. I am endorsed in Infant Mental Health, and I am a Registered Play Therapist. I value the importance of the therapeutic relationship above all else and strive to always establish safety and benevolence. My treatment is aimed at helping clients better understand and accept themselves so they feel empowered to manage adversity.
I am trained in a variety of modalities, including Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Theraplay techniques, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Triggers Treatment, Brainspotting, Trauma Resiliency Model, Circle of Security, and trauma-sensitive yoga. I am also a board-approved supervisor and provide clinical supervision.
Therapy can sometimes feel intimidating. My goal is to always provide an empathetic and non-judgmental environment to foster growth and healing. In my experience, there is not one therapeutic modality that works for everyone; therefore, I use an integrated, specialized approach with every client.
