EMDR since 2003. Traditional talk therapy often DOES NOT uncover and address the actual past complexities and traumas of a person's life that continue to have emotional effects causing present day anxiety, stress and depression. I offer Attachment Focused EMDR in an effective format which connects to the underlying memories that repeatedly surface blocking access to a sense of well being and healthier outlook. My form of therapy decreases the charge connected to negative experiences and moves clients into a more objective and positively focused framework (Parnell, 2007). I also offer grief intervention within an EMDR structure.
