I work with my clients to understand their concerns holistically and to help clients and families find solutions that will improve their lives. I have experience with adults and teens going through life transitions, anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, grief, job transitions, divorce, pet bereavement and managing chronic pain. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
I believe we all have the potential to heal and move toward a healthier, happier life. I provide clients with deep listening and a warm, caring presence in which to explore their inner and outer life.
