I am a sensitive and empathetic Integrative psychotherapist. I believe that counseling should be a warm, relaxed, and comfortable experience, involving genuine caring, acceptance, & non-judgement. I believe in building authentic relationships w/my clients. I think that one of the most important aspects of the therapeutic process is the relationship between client and therapist, and I strive to be warm, empathetic, supportive, and trusting. I work with clients from a strengths-based, positive, and affirming perspective.
I support clients with a wide range of issues, including depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, grief, self-esteem/self-empowerment, interpersonal issues & adjustment issues. Please join myself and our other talented therapist, Kuldeep Kaur, LCSW (who has a trauma speciality). Kuldeep also offers EMDR, a very effective trauma technique.
