My clients are ready to dig deep and grow. Most have been in therapy before and wish to continue the process of self-reflection to deal with new and old places they feel "stuck," and to update and strengthen or develop a sense Self that works in this ever more complicated world. I offer what is commonly referred to as traditional talk therapy, EMDR, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. All clients must currently vaccinated and boosted against Covid and the flu.
I specialize in mood disorders, all types of life transitions including recovery from Narcissistic abuse, relationships, trauma, burnout, and PTSD. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. Please note in this practice the dosages used are low, and I remain with clients during their entire session. You will get relief and support here.
