I utilize a trauma-informed, strength-based approach to create an inviting, supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere. I am passionate about helping clients discover their own strengths and assisting them in adding to their existing toolbox of skills. My roles in therapy include collaborating, supporting, encouraging, empathizing, and guiding.
Outside of work, I love playing games with my family, practicing Pilates, reading, teaching positive psychology courses, and eating as much Asian food as I can get my hands on.
