She has many years experience treating complex issues in the inpatient, residential, PHP and outpatient level of care. Lauren is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist-Supervisor, an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, as well as an EMDR Adult, Complex Trauma & Dissociation Specialist. She utilizes the progressive approach to structural dissociation as well as EMDR therapy to treat trauma, dissociative disorders, eating disorders, and substance use disorders, along with other life issues interfering with one's well being.
