I want to meet each and every person where they are at for that day, I want to help address the underlying barriers and the big mountains that we face as humans and help process the emotions and triggers that keep us there. My goal is to help each person I work with learn how to be their most authentic self.

Healing is a process. It is not something that happens immediately or overnight. Think about how long it took to become wounded. Think about how your body heals from an illness or injury. It is a process of healing, and depending on the complexity of the issue or issues, depends on how long the healing process will take. The same way are bodies are designed for healing, emotionally and mentally we are designed for healing as well. We can support the healing process by resting, taking care of ourselves, and being patient. Healing is not necessarily an easy process but well worth the effort. And you are not alone.

All humans need connection, love, support, and a safe place to be their authentic self. My value and understanding of this need is how I approach every day of my life; along with my approach with all clients. I believe in meeting people where they are in their journey and allow each person to be their genuine authentic self while healing. I value the nature of inner wounds and create a mutual plan for healing tailored to each client. I lovingly want each person to heal, grow, and live a happier/healthier life.

As a transmasculine, nonbinary therapist, I bring both lived experience and clinical training. I'm especially passionate about supporting people who feel “othered” by their family, culture, religion, or community; whether due to gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, or just not fitting in. I also provide letters of support for gender-affirming medical care when that feels helpful in your journey.

I get excited about working with my clients - getting to know you is the BEST part of what I do. And I totally understand what a leap of courage it can be to go to therapy. I'd love to hear what you have already tried, why it hasn't worked (or if it has, too), and what seems to be blocking your path. These are very helpful clues in our path of discovery. From there, I have a tool bag we can draw from, and with your feedback, we'll find something that works. :) Your feedback is the key!

Hi, I'm Jason. Let's be honest, life can be a real challenge. Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something's just not right? You're not alone. I get that therapy can seem intimidating, but it's really a safe space to talk with someone who's on your side. I listen without judgment and help you figure things out. I work with people dealing with stress, and those worries that keep you up at night, and past experiences that still feel heavy. I use EMDR, which might sound technical, but it’s a way to help your brain process what's stuck, like hitting a reset button.

CRAZY? Not CRAZY! CRAZY. Has anyone told you that you’re crazy or suggested you need counseling? You’re the ONE who holds everything together. You take care of everyone and everything. YOU get it DONE! Yet, it feels like you’re lying under an upended glass coffee table—the crushing weight makes it hard to breathe. Your view of the world is distorted, and no one truly sees you. Deep inside, you know life can be different. You deserve happiness, peace, and balance. I’m here to help you find clarity, rebuild your strength, and create a life of purpose, joy, and fulfillment. You are stronger than you think. Lasting change is possible.

I believe that the family is the central unit of individual well-being, which is why I work with individuals of all ages. However, my true passion lies in couples therapy. A strong, healthy marriage provides the foundation for a thriving family, creating the best possible environment for children to grow and develop.

I work with children ages 5-12 years old, who deal with a variety of issues, including trauma, grief, anger issues, depression, anxiety and/or ADHD. Therapy goals of children may include staying out of trouble with their parents or teachers. Parents often want to reduce angry outbursts and increase compliance of their children. Both children and parents look to therapy to help develop skills to manage emotions and improve relationships.

Life tends to have a way of throwing us a few more curve balls than we’d like. I love helping clients gain the tools and understanding they need to make navigating through this crazy life less overwhelming. Sometimes when life's too much our brains try to help us out by sending danger signals. These signals can come in many different forms, including physical pain, anxiety, depression, obsessive thoughts, and much more. Unfortunately, even though these danger signals are just doing the best they can, they tend to make things even harder.

I welcome you to explore a therapeutic partnership where you can embrace and uncover your core self, with the freedom to grow, heal, and find moments of laughter. Many people who seek therapy present a picture of success on the outside, where they appear to have everything under control, yet inside, they are disconnected from fulfillment, purpose, and joy. Anxiety, self-doubt, unresolved trauma, grief, perfectionism, chronic pain, and relationship struggles are just a few of the hurdles they face behind the scenes. If this resonates with you, you are not alone, and together we can create space for healing and transformation.

Imagine feeling stuck in patterns you can’t fully explain—overwhelmed by emotions, reactions, or beliefs that don’t quite make sense, even to you. My ideal clients are ready to understand these inner experiences on a deeper level. You want clarity, healing, and relief. Most of all, you want to feel more like yourself again—connected, grounded, and whole. I show up as a real person—honest, grounded, and compassionate. I’m not here to “fix” you or tell you who you should be or what you should do. My role is to reconnect you with your intuition in a space that’s safe, inclusive, and judgment-free, where all parts of you are welcome.

It is my honor to partake in this process with those experiencing some of their darkest moments. It is my privilege to share my hope when individuals come to counseling believing that their lives are past healing and their relationships past repair. My goal is to help you rediscover your inner strength, improve your relationships, and find clarity, acceptance, and healing. I have always had an empathetic ability for seeing the good in people. My personal and professional life experiences have contributed to my ability to meet people where they are without judgement.
