I also offer relationship counseling, helping couples recapture their closeness by exploring stories, increasing emotional awareness and practicing effective communication. As a team, we will focus on increasing connection and restoring understanding. I am trained in Gottman level 3, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Trauma-focused couples treatment.
