Life is hard. It just is. And somewhere along the way, you may have felt like you've lost sight of who you are and what you want. Whether that's due to trauma, relationships, illness, or just life events, sometimes life throws you off track and you just need someone to help guide you back to where you want to be. I specialize in working with shame, perfectionism, trauma, ADHD, high masking autism, faith transitions, and LGBTQ+ issues. I believe that each individual has within them the ability to heal, grow, and thrive, and it's my goal to hold space for my clients as they learn to embrace and harness that ability.

My passion is to help clients reach their goals of personal wellness by understanding where they are coming from and then working to help them implement tools and changes in thought patterns that support moving towards a life of fulfillment. I work to build a strong therapeutic alliance through listening, understanding, empathizing and validating the clients I work with. Once trust is established, the focus becomes therapeutic intervention to develop lasting and meaningful change.

Does this sound like you?
You’re a woman trying to hold everything together after divorce or betrayal, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure how to move forward.
You replay conversations. You question yourself. You wonder how things got here, and how to feel like you again.
Or, you might be a teenager feeling pressure from school and relationships. A parent carrying more than you can hold. Or a couple who loves each other but feels stuck in the same frustrating patterns.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
Therapy can help you move through what feels stuck.

Our lives are shaped by unique experiences, many of which include moments of hardship, loneliness, fear, and sadness. Part of being human is sometimes finding ourselves lost and in need of support. The beauty in this is the opportunity for growth and healing - an act of strength and self-compassion.
“To the mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders.” – Lao Tzu. This quote serves as a reminder of the importance of cultivating stillness. By calming the mind through a variety of approaches in therapy, we create space to move through pain and foster self-love.

They look capable on the outside. Responsible. Thoughtful. Maybe even the one everyone else leans on.
But internally? They’re tired.
They’re carrying trauma, anxiety, grief, faith transitions, identity questions, relationship strain, or the quiet weight of chronic stress. They may be navigating a mixed-faith marriage, adoption complexities, chronic health challenges, or the aftermath of domestic violence or sexual abuse.
They want relief — but not just symptom relief.
They want to feel whole again.

Have you felt like your life is like the famous 'This is fine' dog meme? You know, the one where the cartoon dog sits calmly in a room engulfed in flames, insisting everything is okay? Life can often feel that way—chaotic, overwhelming, yet we keep telling ourselves it's fine, as if saying so will make everything ok.
But pretending everything is fine when it isn't takes an enormous toll. As a licensed clinical mental health therapist, I specialize in helping people who are ready to move beyond survival mode and create genuine positive change.

Have you ever felt ashamed? Ever felt like others don’t understand you, but say they do? Those have been my own experiences and have led me to work with people in recovery and their families, survivors of domestic violence/abuse, minority communities and teens. I come from a multi-cultural family with an immigrant parent which has both enriched my life and created unique struggles for me. These experiences, however, have helped me empathize with a wide variety of people and situations. My goals are to support my clients as they navigate their struggles and find hope and strength within themselves.

I work with individuals, couples, families, and divorced parents who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted inside. Many are navigating betrayal trauma, PTSD, addiction (their own or a loved one’s), relationship conflict, divorce, or co-parenting challenges. Often, they learned early to be “good,” responsible, or emotionally quiet to stay safe. Now they struggle with shame, control, unspoken expectations, and fear of failing as a partner or parent. They want clarity, relief, and healthier relationships without judgment or blame.
