Therapy is about more than just symptom relief (though that's important)--it's also about learning to create connection with yourself and with others. Part of my job to help you develop skills to use with issues that get in your way the most. I’d also love to help you figure out how to feel like yourself again and restore your relationships to a place of wholeness. My goal is to help you get to a place where you feel connected to yourself and to those most important to you. My hope is that our work will help you feel free from the things that are keeping you stuck and give you a new vision for your life.
I offer individual therapy, including EMDR, for a wide variety of issues ranging from depression and anxiety to identity issues to trauma recovery. I also offer couples counseling for dating or married couples struggling with communication and connection issues, dealing with the fallout from infidelity, or simply wanting to strengthen their relationship.
I’d love to be the person that helps you out of the darkness you find yourself in. Together we can free you from whatever you're struggling with and help you feel genuinely connected to yourself and your partner! With help, you can feel whole again. If anything you've read here resonates with you, let's talk about how I can help you!
