I believe in the power of a holistic approach to mental health wellness. I have 18 years of experience as a mental health professional, and it has become very evident to me that people benefit from an integrative way to successfully restore their mental health functioning than just traditional therapies or psychotropic medications. Understanding, knowing, and trusting your internal wisdom is a major component of healing. When we nourish our bodies with foods, nutrients, and nature's resources, we enhance our natural rhythms and improve our sleep, mood, and energy.
