Specifically I have experience with trauma and stressor-related concerns, using emotional resourcing including tapping & FLASH before EMDR. I help individuals with different types of anxiety disorders and depression. I offer adolescent, adult, couple and family therapy. I have a significant amount of experience with military servicemembers and dependents.
I've never met anyone, including myself who at some point, hasn't needed professional help. Sometimes just talking to someone outside your inner circle can be helpful.
