I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Telluride, Colorado. I provide individual psychotherapy to adult and late adolescent patients. I also provide teletherapy to patients in Colorado and Louisiana. I work with a variety of modalities that include CBT and mindfulness, as well as somatic and psychodynamic principles. Solution Focused counseling and Motivational Interviewing can also be helpful to client seeking more short term, immediate solutions.
