I have a passion to help individuals who have experienced trauma of human trafficking victimization to help them heal through surviving & eventually thriving in a meaningful life they desire to maintain. I offer a safe space to heal & not be judged while building self worth & work through other areas of trauma endured & been exposed to. I am huge on recognizing a person's strengths & empowering others, which gets incorporated into my practice. This specific passion expands to other types of trauma, ADHD, families, couples, anxiety, depression, etc. I enjoy helping those who have been misunderstood & offer emotional validation.

There is a way to be okay, even amongst everything that feels not okay inside you. I believe strongly in the healing that comes with making friends with all parts of ourselves, especially the most shameful, disowned, and unclaimed parts. I believe there is nothing too awful that can't be brought into the supportive holding of therapy, and that the insights gained by bravely working in partnership together can be transformative in ways beyond what one can imagine, so that we are able to inhabit every space of our bodies and our lives. Life is for living after all!

Most women arrive at perimenopause with no idea what’s happening to them. We can’t sleep, we can’t think straight, and our bodies start acting like someone else’s. Then we discover that everybody knew about this all along but didn’t mention it. Not our doctors, our mothers, our grandmothers. Some women have mild enough symptoms to get through perimenopause on their own, but most of us come to realize that we’re going to need some help. Hormones, pharmaceuticals, or supplements are crucial for the body, but they don’t always address the needs of our minds and hearts.
