My passion is to provide opportunity for growth and healing through multiple avenues. I have a connection to narrative and cognitive behavior therapy which can be applied in a traditional office setting or through equine assisted therapy. I have walked through my own healing from divorce and trauma and found a passion to support others’ finding their path for healing. I support a "team" approach to counseling and if it's appropriate and safe, I prefer to include parents/caregivers in goals and support for their child.
I offer day time appointments.
I have experience working with clients who have dealt with past trauma, self harm, confidence building, school and church trauma, and learning challenges. I primarily work with female adolescents, single moms, and young adults. I provide traditional office setting, equine assisted therapy, and telehealth.
