As a clinician, my deepest aspiration is to be attuned to the sense of the sacred in life and to support others in fostering this awareness. I firmly believe that listening and responding to the inner voice within each of us is essential for cultivating peace, healing, purpose, and meaning in life. Guided by this conviction, I am committed to seeking the inherent goodness in all individuals and assisting them to thrive in order to live their best lives. I believe that all human experiences are valuable for human development and when we pay attention to them we embrace our human dignity and deeper faithful living.

Specializing working with parents, youth, and families, I provide an accepting space for you to show up exactly as you are integrating a blend of evidence-based, humanistic techniques to help you learn about yourself, your patterns, and how you relate to others to empower you to make the shifts you desire. For so many of us who have been harmed in relationships, it can be hard to feel connected to yourself and those around you. But healing happens in the relationship, too; therapy with me is a collaborative process where you have agency and input in identifying your goals and how sessions go along the way.

Let’s be real—life is messy.
Sometimes you’re just trying to survive the day without losing it, snapping at your partner, or answering every text with “lol I’m fine” when you’re very much not fine. That’s where I come in.
I work with individuals, families, and all kinds of relationships (the beautifully complicated ones, too) who are tired of pretending they’re okay when they’re silently drowning in people-pleasing, burnout, boundary-less chaos, and the pressure to be everything for everyone. Spoiler alert: that’s not sustainable. Also, it kind of sucks.

Have I ever been in therapy? Yes, and it was life-changing. My personal therapy inspired me to leave my previous profession as an architect and become a therapist to provide healing to others. My goal is to create a place of trust where you can share your life's stories, remove the blocks keeping you from a better life, help you find balance, and eliminate the swings from highs to lows. I believe we can work together to discover the source of your conflict, find your strength and understanding to resolve problems, and allow you to move toward new positive actions.
