I specialize in serving adults (21+): typically men 30+, as well as women and couples, in their mental, relational, emotional and integrative health. Clients are often entrepreneurs, tech professionals, leaders, athletes and business owners. They frequently achieve "success", yet privately struggle in other area(s) of life. I help men and women to navigate complicated and unexpected change, helping them improve the quality of their life: health, relationships and career, while pursuing authenticity and purpose. It is well-known that regularly practicing curiosity, honesty and agency are keys to exploring and living a vibrant life.
Prior to counseling, clients often report feeling lonely/alone, burned out, stressed in relationships, guilt/shame, overwhelmed, angry, depressed, use unhealthy coping (work, tech, infidelity/porn), "midlife crisis, imposter syndrome and/or people-pleasing", have intimacy or boundary concerns, having survived toxic families or have kept lifelong secrets.
You and I will actively engage your needs, beliefs, doubts, expectations, regrets and fears, starting with therapy itself. We will co-create a relational, transparent and integrative approach in our joint collaboration. Fort Collins Men's Group (starts 1/10/24)
This eight-week group (Jan. 10th - Feb. 28th), on Wed. 5:30pm-7pm. Men (27+) looking for intentional, authentic, healthy masculine support. Confidential weekly meeting with other men who want deeper connection. Group will offer peer support, emotional intelligence and regular opportunities to practice healthy, effective communication skills and receive honest feedback. Topics may include: loneliness, burnout, strained relationships, work/career stresses, family difficulties and unhealthy coping mechanisms. Why?
