Many people I work with identify feeling self-doubt, anxiety, overwhelm, loss of identity, conflict in relationships, loss of intimacy, and loneliness. Disconnection from our emotions, experiences, physical responses, and relationships can be incredibly troubling. In an individual or relational setting we can collaborate to create a therapeutic space that allows you to explore these experiences and develop a better understanding of the tools you already possess to overcome this sense of disconnection.

Accepting New Clients I work with clients who live with intense emotions, debilitating depression, immense anxiety, anger, trauma, or the urge to avoid feeling all together. For many this can lead to unrelenting crisis, self invalidation, being hijacked by emotions, impact relationships, and reinforce behaviors that are not in line with the life you want. I create a space to support with non-judgmentally looking at thoughts, behaviors, and emotions that prompt suffering and inhibit access to long term goals. I support with recognizing the function of these behaviors, thoughts, and emotions that prompt pain and help find resolution.

“I can’t bring myself to share the weight of my experiences with my family.” “I'm constantly masking who I am to make others feel comfortable.” “People see my behavior, but they don't understand what's behind it.” “I don't feel in control of my own life.” If you recognize yourself in any of these, or struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. If you're feeling lost in your relationships, overwhelmed by a harsh Inner Critic, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—or maybe just plain exhausted by trying to hold it all together—I see you. Whether you're navigating the chaos of early adulthood, facing a midlife shift, or living with the weight of complex trauma, you don’t have to do it alone. I work with people who are incredibly hard on themselves, wrestle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, and over-functioning in relationships, and quietly wondering, “Why am I like this?” If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

Eric offers parent-focused therapy for caregivers of children with Autism or intellectual / developmental disabilities. He provides strengths-based, neuro-affirming care through a relational lens. Drawing on his background in human development, a decade of supporting high-acuity youth, and reflection as a parent of four, Eric brings an encouraging, insightful approach to guide families who feel stuck or hopeless in navigating complex needs. Sessions focus not on “fixing” your child or parenting, but on deepening understanding, strengthening relationships, and building skills that foster stability and connection for the whole family.

We help both adults and adolescents who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction issues, family issues or just feeling overwhelmed with life and the stress it creates. We love working with clients who are trying to feel better and learn how to actively create the emotions they would rather be feeling. Learning how to acknowledge and listen to our emotions, to respond intentionally, and to take action on the very important information our emotions give us is an important key to finding lasting well-being.

I recognize your desire to live an authentic life. If you struggle to feel connected to others, our work together can bring you a sense of cohesion and belonging. The process we engage in together enables you to achieve greater awareness and governance of how you relate to the world and your changing self. I encourage my clients to become increasingly self-reflective. We will clarify your assumptions about the world and yourself, examine your ultimate concerns, and unravel your difficulties to make sense of them. Analysis alongside depth work unearths unconscious themes, unresolved conflict, and unhealed trauma.

I help men make sense of their emotions, manage anxieties, and improve their relationships. You might be feeling disconnected, dealing with low self-confidence, or uncertain about where your life is headed. This space is designed for these kinds of conversations. Together, we’ll make sense of your emotions and work on creating relationships that actually feel good to be in. We’ll also take a look at patterns, like indecisiveness or avoiding important things, that might be keeping you stuck or lowering your confidence.

A good therapist will work to put themselves out of job. Think about it, if therapy is actually working, you should need it less and less over time. When I ask people about their previous experiences in therapy I often hear “It was ok, we mostly just talked about my week”. People generally come to therapy with a specific issue to address but reviewing the week’s stressors is not a direct way to solving the problem.
