Parental Wounds Workshop
This five-week psycho-educational workshop increases awareness about the effects of negative parenting and provides the material to heal those wounds. We do not blame transgressors, but we hold them responsible. Participants work towards a sense of True Self not distorted by past influences. This community understands you and what you’ve been through. Connect with other women as you receive information and inspiration. If you are fiercely independent, capable and self-sufficient and also, perfectionistic... If you meet others’ needs before you meet your own, and are overeating or overworking, this group is for you!

Attachment Spotting - for Brainspotting Therapists
Participants observe demonstrations and engage in practicum experiences. An informative deck explains how the parental/ mother wound is defined, referencing the latest books on the topic and detailing the effects of parental wounding and childhood trauma. Participants learn symptomology related to parental wounding and how to interrupt the Cycle of Dysregulation. By the end, they will understand the the five phase progression of recovery from parental wounding as well as the neuroexperience of love being outside the frame of acceptance. I will teach exercises that stimulate the vagus nerve as well as the set ups: Pillow Spotting, and Attachment Spotting.
