If you are overwhelmed by grief, anxiety or a big transition, I can help you to find balance and to reclaim joy! If you put other’s needs before your own or if you are self-critical and perfectionistic and struggling with esteem issues, I can support you to find peace. I am a compassionate therapist working with adults. I tailor the services to each client, integrating Brainspotting, mindfulness and parts work with talk therapy. I teach body-centered skills as "homework" that calm the nervous system so that you can respond rather than react. Trained in a variety of effective modalities, including mindfulness, talk therapy and Brainspotting, I focus on healing life transition and complex childhood trauma affecting current day relationships.

This five-week psycho-educational workshop increases awareness about the effects of negative parenting and provides the material to heal those wounds. We do not blame transgressors, but we hold them responsible. Participants work towards a sense of True Self not distorted by past influences. This community understands you and what you’ve been through. Connect with other women as you receive information and inspiration. Attachment Spotting - for Brainspotting Therapists

Participants observe demonstrations and engage in practicum experiences. An informative deck explains how the parental/ mother wound is defined, referencing the latest books on the topic and detailing the effects of parental wounding and childhood trauma. Participants learn symptomology related to parental wounding and how to interrupt the Cycle of Dysregulation. By the end, they will understand the the five phase progression of recovery from parental wounding as well as the neuroexperience of love being outside the frame of acceptance. I will teach exercises that stimulate the vagus nerve as well as the set ups: Pillow Spotting, and Attachment Spotting.
