Hi there! I'm a licensed professional counselor candidate (LPCC) in the state of Colorado, a certified complex trauma & dissociation specialist & certified telemental health provider-associate. I take an existential, client-centered approach to provide my clients with a compassionate and individualized experience in therapy. I believe that humor, forthrightness, authenticity, empathy, and courage are essential in the healing process; if you seek someone who will solely agree with you then I may not be the best fit for your needs.

As a therapist, I work from the understanding that humans are astonishingly resilient and have a deep capacity for healing. I provide compassionate individual therapy for adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, relationship issues & other mental health issues. I work best with individuals who are ready to do deep, internal work to understand and develop a loving relationship with their inner world. I draw from Western psychology, mindfulness practices, & Eastern wisdom and utilize talk therapy, mindfulness, IFS (parts work), & EMDR in sessions with clients.

Therapy can be a space to understand our emotions, learn to control our reactions, and increase communication skills. My strengths are in working with grief, anxiety, depression, and strengthening boundaries. In addition to individuals, I work with both couples and with families beginning a journey of uncoupling. I work best with people who bring a curiosity and desire to learn more about their thoughts and behaviors while on the path to healing.

I offer support and guidance to people with a variety of mental health issues; anxiety, depression, addiction and couples having challenges to include relationship issues of all orientations. My specialty areas include;psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, behavioral services, diagnostic evaluations, and individual and group counseling, and play based therapy. I also coordinate all learning based services through our center for; tutoring, executive functioning coaching, and learning based support.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapy intern in Colorado and I am also earning my sex therapy certification through the Sexual Health Alliance.
