In my work with couples, I draw upon my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-supported approach that has been proven effective in improving relationship satisfaction and reducing relationship distress. EFT focuses on the emotional bond between partners, helping couples to identify and express their needs and desires!
