Throughout life we encounter numerous stressors, life changes, or traumas that impact our ability to fully experience the world in the way we want to. I am passionate about helping individuals and families become their best selves by encouraging them to work through trauma, be kinder to themselves, and maintain positive relationships with others. I have training in EMDR, which is an evidence-based practice that can help decrease the daily effects that are experienced from past traumas. Together we can create a collaborative and safe space for you to find healing and to enhance your relationships, with others and yourself.

Relationship issues, clarity, a deeper sense of self, self-exploration, anxiety, depression, life transitions, career confusion, marriage conflict, parents looking for support with their child's behavioral issues & concerns, and more. One of these sound like you? Whatever you're bringing in session, we will create a space to find change. Our lives are full of new beginnings, and change can be both exciting and definitely scary. It won't always be pretty, and that's to be expected. I will walk through the mud with you, and empower you to take back the control you may have been missing.

Are you struggling with emotions, relationships, or identity? You may even be wishing that things just "go back to the way they used to be." Parents, does your teen need some extra support? Many feel stuck right now as the world constantly changes. This can lead to an overall resentment that may negatively impact everyday life.

Together, we'll explore the many unique parts of yourself that have helped you navigate this world. Through this self-exploration, we will build a toolkit of skills tailored to your needs and strengthen your ability to show up to life’s challenges in a way that feels powerful and, most importantly, authentic to you.

These are very difficult times that we are currently in and the impact to mental health can be great. With life often feeling chaotic or lonely and the future seeming unsure, it is only natural to start feeling anxious or sad. Taking the step to reach out for help to address and work through such feelings, or any feelings you might currently be experiencing, is already a sign of great resiliency. My role, as a counselor, is to walk alongside my clients to help draw out and direct all that inherent strength and resourcefulness.

Hello there! I’m a Master’s student studying Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. If you break apart the word “contemplative,” you’ll find the world temple. To me, this refers to the idea that in each of us is a great source of inner light, a wisdom that guides us through our lives. This idea is core to my training. I will facilitate you in discovering and tapping into your own inner-healing wisdom and supporting you through the process.

I find that life transitions can be overwhelming and feel lonely. Life transitions can look like anything: leaving home, starting college, loosing your job, finding out you have a chronic illness, getting married, getting divorced, loosing a loved one, having a baby, or discovering you're an addict, to name a few. Sure there's books on a lot of different subjects and friends can be helpful. But everything has it's limits. Perhaps nobody seems very willing to listen, maybe that's even just it, there's nobody to listen, or maybe you don't want to overwhelm others.
