I am a licensed therapist (LPC) and am certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy which I can provide as an adjunct to in the office sessions. I am experienced and trained in many evidence based approaches, including cognitive behavioral, trauma focused CBT, experiential and solution focused techniques.
