I specialize in working with survivors of trauma, eating disorders, and athletes of most ages. What helps people deeply heal are brain-based interventions that understand the nature of our nervous system and how people heal, whether that be from toxic stress, attention and concentration problems, mood, or anxiety. As such, I have dedicated my practice to learning these interventions and how to apply them. I take this same lens when working with athletes, whether that's to recover from an injury, treat a mental disorder, or learn to consistently perform optimally.
