Most clients see me three to five times, and leave our first session feeling significantly better already. You aren't choosing to think, act or feel in the way that's brought you here, so how could you possibly choose NOT to? Psychological problems are caused and maintained by forces that, until we expose them, have been beyond your control. It's *normal* to feel angry, anxious, traumatized or depressed, but it's not wonderful. I want your mind to work optimally! "Optimally" means free of preoccupations that have been keeping you down.

I practice Rapid Resolution Therapy® a brief and effective therapy. My first session is a 2 hour breakthrough session so we can move forward and get immediate relief. Often people come back for follow up 90 minute sessions (1-5 more) if the presenting problem is complicated or if there are several issues to clear up.
