I offer individual and couples therapy, using an eclectic approach, including body psychotherapy, EMDR Therapy, and Brainspotting.

I work with adults who experience anxiety and depression, particularly those who have experienced trauma, including physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. I have extensive experience working with those who have not found relief using traditional talk therapy, and I am a Certified EMDR Therapy practitioner.

I also work with couples in all stages of relationship. My focus is to help couples build the tools and motivation to improve communication, increase safety, and rekindle romance by fostering deeper intimacy.
