I work with highly capable women who are used to holding everything together—professionals, caregivers, and leaders who appear successful on the outside but feel burned out, disconnected, or unsure of who they are beyond their roles. Many are navigating midlife transitions such as perimenopause, religious deconstruction, or discovering their neurodivergence later in life. In therapy we slow down, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with intuition, embodiment, and a more authentic way of living.

You look like you’re holding it together, but inside you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’re just getting by. Maybe your coping “works,” but it’s exhausting, and part of you wonders if things could actually feel different. I specialize in working with people who seem to be holding it together on the outside but who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted on the inside. I’m EMDR-trained, which helps process and reduce the impact of trauma so you’re not just talking about it but actually working through it. I provide telehealth therapy for clients across Texas.

'Ring the bells that still can ring; forget your perfect offering; there is a crack in everything; it's how the light gets in.' (Leonard Cohen) When clients come in with cracks in their lives, I am committed to pointing towards the light. I love my job. Although I am educated and experienced in classical psychotherapeutic theory and practice, I have a spiritual foundation to my work. I encourage my clients to connect to an inner, Loving Wisdom -- and I am committed to doing the same. It is through that connection that we both are healed.

I know how frustrating it can be to feel misunderstood by a well intentioned therapist. It feels disheartening to be offered strategies that may not work for your neurodivergent brain, only to feel insufficient when those approaches fall short, leaving you feeling defeated. I get it. I've been there as an ADHDer and as a mom of 3. Sometimes our toughest experiences lead us to a new path for ourselves and even provide a light for others. That’s my story. Supporting neurodiverse individuals is not just my profession—it’s my passion. I aspire to create a space where you feel supported, understood, equipped and empowered to thrive.

The quality of our relationships deeply impacts the quality of our lives. Yet you may feel anxious, stretched thin, or unsure where you end and others begin. I work with adolescents (13+) and adults who feel overwhelmed in relationships, often overthinking, overextending, or struggling to set boundaries without guilt. Many are thoughtful and self-aware, but feel stuck in patterns shaped by earlier experiences. Together, we explore these patterns and help you build a stronger sense of self so you can relate in more grounded, intentional ways.
