Something horrible happened, you cannot believe it, like is not real. You feel like you are barely breathing after the loss of a family member or your pet or loss of yourself after trauma or an addiction. Trying to make meaning of this alone can be overwhelming and confusing. Going through something stressful leaves you feeling anger, sadness, fear, panic, regret, or guilt, so whatever you are feeling is normal. Either way, you know you want to do something about it. You want to break free from fear and hopelessness. You want to feel like yourself again. You want to find light at the end of the tunnel. You want to feel joy again.
My counseling style is warm and nonjudgmental. I offer a safe, compassionate and inclusive space where you can process what you are going through. I help survivors overcome fear and hopelessness so they can feel like themselves, by helping them feel safe, confident and hopeful towards the future. I specialize in grief, trauma and addiction.
