The approach to therapy I offer has been deeply shaped by my practice of Eastern traditions (Buddhist and yogic) in conjunction with contemporary Western psychology, shamanic and psychedelic exploration. I am fully bilingual & bi-cultural. I was born and raised in Mexico City, but have lived in the US for more than 30 years.
I completed level III of the Hakomi method, which is a body-mind approach of assisted self discovery. I am trained in EMDR, which I have successfully used to release trauma and anxiety. And in 2021, I completed the MAPS training in MDMA assisted therapy. I currently offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in collaboration with Journey Clinical.
