I am dedicated to partnering with people who want more: more peace, more meaning, more love, more depth, more space, more insight, or more of you're-not-quite-sure-yet. I'm a firm believer in the large body of research supporting the power of relationships, including between client and therapist, to help rewire the brain toward emotional well-being and relational fulfillment, and incorporate techniques from a variety of trauma-informed and evidence-based theoretical perspectives.
