I have a passion for helping people through difficult times. I am practical, creative, compassionate, empathic as I use EMDR, somatic interventions and communication coaching to help in your healing journey.
I am certified in EMDR and an EMDRIA approved consultant. I am also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with advanced training. If you and I were to work together, we would focus on specific treatment goals and employ research based therapy and healing techniques appropriate for your particular issues and congruent with who you are.
