As far as anyone can tell, you have your life together. But on the inside, you feel stressed, overwhelmed, lonely and stuck. You just can't understand why you can't seem to "pull yourself together." At times your heart is racing, your palms are sweating and you can’t catch your breath. You can't focus, you don't feel motivated to do anything and you wake up at 3 am with a "to-do" list screaming in your head. You manage your stress and anxiety by eating, drinking, shopping, working, & trying to stay busy...but it doesn't make it feel any better. You keep thinking, there has got to be a better way to live.
