I enjoy working with adults, children and families who are struggling with life's transitions. The most important aspect of counseling is the relationship that I will build with you. It is through this relationship that change occurs. I will collaborate with you to identify an approach that fits best with your goals. I will use your strengths as building blocks in the counseling process. I will walk with you through the process of change and healing. I offer a variety of modalities in therapy such as mindfulness, EMDR, and play therapy. Play therapy is an effective modality for young children. In addition to play therapy I provide parent coaching using elements of my play therapy training. I work with trauma using my EMDR training in combination with mindfulness.
