Therapy is the most beneficial when we engage in meaningful discussion and exploration of your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and life history. My goal with clients is to help them arrive at a place where they feel comfortable, secure, and empowered to be themselves.
I specialize in women's themes/ issues, and mood disorder. In addition, I have experience working with broad range of diagnosis, including dual diagnosis and personality disorders (narcissistic, borderline, and histrionic personality disorders), relationship themes, trauma, and self harm behaviors.
